Do you provide SSH? If yes, under what conditions?

Yes, we can enable SSH access upon request for any package.

However, enabled SSH access increases the security risks, thus, if you need SSH to securely transfer files only, we would recommend using SFTP instead. SFTP is a secure FTP connection where all data is transferred in an encrypted form from your location to the remote server.

SFTP is enabled by default on our servers and is available on port 21098.

If you need to enable SSH for any other specific needs, you can do it with the help of the "Manage Shell" plugin as described in this article. In case you need any assistance with enabling SSH, submit a ticket to our Hosting department or contact Live Chat support with such a request.
